Return Policy
- 1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order date. It would be difficult for us to take up cancellation requests after that, as our craftsmen start your work immediately and cancellation would mean not paying them - something that we do not want to do.
- 2. You will get a refund within 5-7 days from the cancellation of the order. But the payment gateway charges will not be refundable on account of cancellation. We will refund you the balance amount after deducting payment gateway charges via same source.
- 3. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.
- 4. Returns are only possible at the time of delivery.
- 5. Items can be returned without any charges if either customer is not happy with the quality of the product or there is a genuine reason for return.
- 6. Products must be unused.
- 7. In case of return the buyer is liable for repacking the produce properly to avoid further damage during return transit.
